Requesting Assistance

If an item is not right for you, contact wholesale@infashionbyverafashion.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Please contact us before mailing anything back.

Return Eligibility

Any item-specific restrictions and applicable return conditions should be reviewed before purchase. When you request a return, our team will confirm eligibility, the return instructions and any applicable costs before you proceed. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer protection law.

Item Condition

Keep the item, tags and original packaging while your request is being reviewed. Please do not wear, wash, alter or damage an item you intend to return. For a damaged or incorrect item, send clear photographs and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on the requested item and variant being available. Contact us before placing a replacement order if you need help coordinating an exchange.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will explain the refund amount and method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit after it has been issued. Please keep any return shipping receipt and tracking information.
